How does marketing communication work – really?

Good question that has been answered to many different ways over the years. Though there is probably no one universal answer, but marketing professionals have always strived to identify a ”model” that can help them organize their work and manage their people. Perhaps the most classic of these is the 1920´s AIDA-model, which is unfortunately still in use.
